I wanted to first thank you for the super fast transaction and shipping of my Sky Lanterns! I have used a couple different lantern manufactures in the past and the quality of your Sky Lanterns is so much better and you have the best pricing on the web. In all honesty, I am always a little apprehensive when dealing with a new online vendor but I was pleasantly surprised at how responsive and thorough you were. I placed my order on a Sunday evening and didn’t expect to hear from you until Monday. Within minutes I had a confirmation of its receipt and was updated with its status throughout the entire process. I received an e-mail that night notifying me that my order was packed and ready to be shipped out the next morning! You have totally exceeded my expectations.
In addition, I want to thank you for all your hard work and effort you put into creating my business cards. I was amazed at your beautiful business card you sent with my order so I had to ask about it. I thought that it was a “too good to be true” deal but I was again mistaken ($60 for 1,000). You really did go above and beyond the call of duty to get the cards “just right”. Folks, if you have a business card I would strongly suggest you look at having Todd design a new full COLOR card for you. They really stand out from your every day bland business cards and they are a high quality paper and ink.
I would highly recommend Todd and his company for his customer support, high quality products and great value!

Years ago, when my kidlets were not yet teenagers, we made UFO’s from sheer dry cleaning bags, straws, a paper clip and alcohol. They still recall the awe and delight as those early UFO’s sailed out over the Pacific Ocean, the blue glow visible for a long, long time. Now grown, they have wished for the opportunity to share the wonder of those aerial displays with their own families; living in the midwest instead of Hawaii, they were unsure how safe those early models of UFO’s would be.
Enter Sky Lanterns.
You provided the perfect opportunity for my children to share one of their favorite childhood memories with their children! Your designs are brighter, safer and just as inexpensive as our early UFO projects. Indeed, you have set a difficult course for other e-commerce sites to follow with unique products, unbeatable prices, unbelievably fast shipping and truly customer-oriented service.
The sky lanterns arrived a scant three days after order. THREE DAYS! I cannot get a letter across the state in three days!

This story is about a friendly guy in Texas who bought lanterns from us, then decided to shop elsewhere to get cheaper. After getting his cheap copy lanterns, he gave a few to his friends and quickly learned that other brands out there were not as good as ours.

To my friend Robert - I read your little story and was kind of surprised but assumed you had had a little bad luck with the lanterns I gave you..
...I had launched a few and while I realized these were a little smaller and hotter than my normal ones, I thought they were ok.
But no....
Just before Christmas, I went to this very nice house in this very nice neighborhood just South of River Oaks. We were all having a merry time enjoying ourselves, and my friend Dave says "What a great time for a sky lantern!"
I agree, pull one out and light it. It’s a bit unsteady and takes a while to actually get ready, it’s also hotter than I remember them being but I get it going and it takes off into the sky above River Oaks - home of the wealthiest people and some of the biggest houses in Houston.
At first, all seems well, floating beautifully in the sky - I am happy - I look to my friends - then I look at the lantern which by now was about 1/3 of a mile North - and as I look - it bursts into flames and small flaming bits of debris rain to the ground...
I pretty much saw my life pass before my eyes, and my friend Kenny said I shoulda seen Dave´s face too.
So, here is what I have learned, the cheapest things are usually cheaper for a reason.

There are real differences between good and bad sky lanterns.
-
The good ones are tall-say about 36”.
-
They have fire retardant paper.
-
They have a firmly bound and properly sized fuel source.
-
The ones I gave you are none of these.
-
The ones I have on order ...Do.
So, throw that other one away you have, and I’ll give you a couple of decent ones next time I see you.

Searched for lanterns after seeing them lighted off in Thailand, for a commemoriation of the 2nd anniversary of tsunami, and found your site.
Have enjoyed floating them over the Mississippi river valley and having friends/neighbors see them coming from the opposite direction.
Minneapolis does not allow indoor smoking and has oudoor smoking areas. Visiting a bar, the smoking area was outside between two three story builidngs. After lighting one to the cheers of 75 drunken smokers, I lit a 2nd baloon, which, when it rose to roof level, was caught by the wind and blown sideways, wrapping around a power line. Locals, assuming the burning lantern would cut power to the neighborhood began pointing at me and saying "there he is, you better get out of here before the police get here." I did leave, to watch the lantern rise when the wind subsided and get caught in the tree of some local goths. Luckily the power line was ok.
I started with 100 and am down to about 80.
Lots more stories but i am too busy trying to sell a parts washer 600 miles north of Vladivostok. I would like some larger lanterns.

Need not run away, as these lanterns are made with Flame Proof paper and will not burst into flames and or be a fire hazzard falling from the sky in a blaze of glory because of a sudden wind gust catching the paper on fire. Beware of those other non-coated paper lanterns out there... buy TNT Fire Retardant Paper Lanterns!

I bought 100 lanterns and took a bunch out to our spring firework shoot in Indiana. We had a blast with them. It was unbelievable the way everyone stopped shooting fireworks and just watched in awe every time we launched one. They are so cool.

I tried some of the skylanterns at a fireworks shoot last month and everyone loved them. They went stright up and were still going when we lost sight of them. If I had not known what they were I would have thought it was a UFO

I am back from the wedding in Barbados, and just wanted to thank you personally, and give you some feedback on the Lanterns you sent me. I managed to sneak them through customs (long story), and then we set them off on the beach at sunset after the wedding. Everyone, and I mean everyone told us that it was the most spectacular thing they had ever seen, so it was a real big hit!

I recently made a purchase through your web site, I called the 866 number. Todd was the salesman who helped me, he was so very helpful, with a wonderful phone manner. I just wanted to give him a pat on the back for a job well done, well actually what I want is management of this company to give Todd a pat on the back from me.
I purchased the lanterns for an event, and had more than a dozen campers ride up to my campsite to ask who, what, where, etc. I had purchased my evenings delightful entertainment from.

I launched about a half dozen of these things so far, all I can say, AWESOME!!! These are too cool. And they are addictive!
I figured out a way to give these things a little more “AIR” time. I use a small hand held blow dryer and will them up with hot aire so thet already have loft when the fuel pad is ignited. I figure I get about 1 minute more fuel burn. In any case, they still travel very far and very high and create a lot of curious rubber neckers wondering what they are.

The whole experience in dealing with Todd and TNT Sales was very impressive and professional. Todd kept me fully informed about my order and managed my expectations extremely well.
